What is the origin of the war between Palestine and Israel?
Palestine is a historical territory in the Middle East, with parts of it now incorporated into the countries of Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Israel. (Historical note: for most of history, Arabs insisted that there was no such thing “Palestine” and that the land was actually just part of Syria) The origins of the Arab-Israeli conflict are, simply put, that the Arab countries can’t stand the idea of Jewish freedom and independence.
