What is the overall timeline to complete setting up Alans speech after he is booked for our event?
1. Booking occurs 2. Contract information is received from the booking bureau/agent 3. Alan’s office sets-up a conference call either through the agent/bureau contact or directly. Agent to determine. In some instances a call is not necessary. However, if the principals feel they need to speak with Alan prior to the event, he will make himself available. 4. A custom introduction is constructed for the client company based on conference call information. Alan emails it to the client. 8. If PowerPoint images are used they will typically be emailed to the designated client contact directly. Alan will also bring them with him on a jump drive. 9. Alan arrives at the hotel the night before your event. 10. The room set-up is reviewed at a mutually agreed upon time with the on-site contact. 11. Alan arrives at the event location at least one hour before his speech.
