What is the particularity of the Saint Aubin Agricultural Rum?
The Saint Aubin Agricultural Rum is the first agricultural rum produced and sold in Mauritius. It is distilled in a potstill, an apparatus made of a reservoir and a small column supplied with coils where the vapor is introduced. The Potstill is equipped with an integral device permitting the real time interpretation of the recorded parameters. Intervention on these parameters is permitted at anytime. In this process, it becomes evident that the control of the Potstill is a key element in the production of quality rum.
