What is the penalty for chewing gum or candy in class?

0

Any JH student caught chewing gum or candy in school, during the school day, will have a yellow slip filled out and given to the homeroom teacher. The student will receive a detention upon receiving a 3rd yellow slip for that action. These counts do not start over. Every third gum infraction will result in a detention for the entire school year.
