After receiving notice from you at our Customer Service center, American Express Incentive Services will cancel the Card and issue a replacement Card with the point balance remaining on the Card at the time the loss is reported, typically arriving within 7 to 10 business days via first class mail. The first replacement Card is free; however, a 15-point fee will be deducted from the available balance for each additional Card replacement. A lost or stolen Card must be reported immediately to the Customer Service center at 1-888-900-2347.
