Social functions and other activities sponsored by Exhibitors cannot be held during exhibit hours or in conflict with any meeting or activities listed in the printed Annual Meeting Program. Exhibitors must sign a contract with the ASCB to exhibit at the meeting before an ancillary event is accepted by the hotel. Exhibitors are permitted to book hospitality suites directly through the hotels. Exhibitors are responsible for all arrangements and costs associated with their event, including room rental, audiovisual equipment, food and beverage, etc. All requests for hospitality suites and social functions must be made through onPeak.
