What is the policy with regards to returning game consoles, video games and computer games?

0

No exchange or reimbursement will be granted on consoles, video games and computer games with the exception of defective items when these have been unpacked. For reasons related to copyright infringement, unpacked consoles, video games and computer games can be returned and exchanged within thirty (30) of their original purchase. A console or video game with an obvious defect must be returned within thirty (30) days after its reception and will be replaced by a functional version of the same item. Archambault.ca will forward the correct item and cover the shipping fees and assume the risks. Items damaged during shipping: you must check the item in order to insure that it has not been damaged during the shipping. In the case where the item is damaged during shipping, please return the item in its original packaging and return to sender. In this case, the package will be returned to Archambault.ca. If the package itself is damaged, do not accept the delivery.
