What is the procedure for an Ad Hoc Report Request?
Ad Hoc Reports are used when the information requested is not readily available from DTS or more information is necessary than can be obtained from DTS. The following is a series of steps to follow to request an Ad Hoc report. 1. The Tier 3 Help Desk (T3HD) receives a call requesting information in a report that cannot be obtained by existing Defense Travel System (DTS) reports. 2. The T3HD logs the call into the current tracking system using the category of Ad Hoc Request and provides the Authorized Caller a ticket number informing them that they need to complete the Ad Hoc Report request form. 3. The T3HD forwards a copy of the Ad Hoc Report Request form to the Authorized Caller. 4. The installation DTA or representative completes the Ad Hoc Report request form and submits the form via email to the TRW Help Desk (dtshelpdesk@trw.com). 5. The T3HD will attach the completed Ad Hoc Report request form to the original ticket and forward a copy to the Program Management Office (PMO) Contr
