For large quantity or bulk imports, request may be sent to Plant Protection Advisor (PPA), the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage (DPPQS), NH-IV, Faridabad, Haryana. Every application for a permit shall be made at least one month in advance to the issuing authority in form PQ01 for the import of plant and plant products for consumption and processing & in form PQ 02 for import of seeds and plants for propagation. These forms can be downloaded from website www.plantquarantine.org.
