What is the procedure for interviewing students?
Students reserve the right todecide whetherto be interviewed. Our policy is not to release student contact information to the press, but rather to forward to the students a reporter’s contact information, leaving it to the students to decide whether they want to participate in the interview. Our office will inform students of University policies. For example, to preserve the privacy of all student residents, no members of the news media are permitted in the residential areas of any dormitories.
