What is the procedure for placing tooth-colored or white fillings?

Like traditional fillings, tooth-colored fillings can be prepared and placed in just one visit. After the decayed portion of the tooth is removed, Dr. Naini will use a mild acidic solution to “etch” the surface of the tooth. A bonding agent is then brushed onto the tooth, followed by the placement of the tooth-colored filling. Dr. Naini will then harden the filling with a special light and polish it.
