What is the procedure for regular drop-off and pick-up?
• Students may begin to arrive at 8:45AM. Students must be dropped off and picked up in the Nina Vance Alley, which runs along the west side of the theatre. No parking is allowed in this alley; it is for pick-up and drop-off only. • Student pick-up begins at 2:55PM sharp and must be completed by 3:15PM. To alleviate traffic congestion, we will stagger the check-out times for each grade level. • 2nd 5th grade daily check-out: 2:55PM 3:05PM • 6th 12th grade daily check-out: 3:05PM 3:15PM • At the end of the day, students sign out with their teaching artists. Students will only be released to persons authorized by their parent/guardian and cannot leave the Alley Theatre without signing out.
