What is the procedure for returning damaged receivers to VEMCO?

0

VEMCO receivers are designed to be rugged and easy to use. Despite this, receivers may need to be returned to the factory for upgrade or assessment/repair. This bulletin provides information regarding some of the considerations and steps to be performed prior to shipping your receiver back to VEMCO. BEFORE YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCT IMPORTANT: Flooded units cannot be shipped due to hazardous materials that pose a risk during transportation. If you suspect your receiver has been flooded, please refer to the section “IF YOU SUSPECT THAT YOUR RECEIVER HAS FLOODED”. Most VEMCO Receivers contain Lithium batteries. These Lithium batteries constitute Dangerous Goods for the purposes of shipping.
