The U of A faxes out a notice by letter to the vendors who are currently on the bidders list for a specific product. The letter includes the bid number, name of bid, and the bid opening date and time, as well as the website address where the vendor can download the bid. It also includes the name, number and email address of the person to contact for any problems the vendor may have while downloading the bid.
