[top] If you both live in this area both of you would come into our shop together. We would need a Pennsylvania drivers or a PA state ID card license for each of you. The handgun would be transferred into our system. The buyer fills out a 4473 and an Application/Record of Sale. The seller signs the bottom of the Application Record of Sale. A background check is done on the buyer. If the buyer passes he pays a $25 transfer fee and takes possession of the handgun.
