You MUST first show the Ministry of Environment staff proof that you have turned in two antlerless mule deer heads BEFORE you are able to purchase the either-sex mule deer licence. Ministry staff will check your Habitat Certificate PRIOR to selling you an ES mule deer licence. Hunters who have an either-sex archery mule deer licence or an either-sex draw mule deer licence can not participate in the earn-a-buck program for an either-sex mule deer licence. He/she can still submit heads for CWD testing.
