What is the process for buying a Class 3 weapon?

[top] The process is very fairly simple and straightforward. You come into our shop and we will discuss what you need and provide several choices. If for instance, you decide you want to suppress a 22 LR weapon we will offer you several choices at different price points. If we have the suppressor you want in stock you would need to put down a deposit of 15% and we would assign a serial number to you. The suppressor would then be put on layaway. We would then provide all the paperwork needed and advise you on the correct way to submit the required forms. Depending on the workload at NFA the Class 3 stamp can take anywhere from four weeks to four months to be returned to us. When we get the stamp we give you a call, you come in, finish paying for the suppressor and take it with you. If we don’t have the suppressor or SBR you want we will order it and when it comes in we will start the paperwork.
