Answer Hello – The process for burial of cremated remains is easy. There are a few options for disposition of ashes with a current burial. If the grave is not being used for a full size casket, the cemetery may permit up to 8 urns to be buried in the plot. Keep in mind there will be opening and closing charges for each burial. You will need to discuss this with the cemetery. If the grave is to be used for a full size casket, then you may place the urn inside the casket or inside the vault prior to closing. Ask the funeral director to assist with placement inside the casket.
