Email us with the order number and the reason why you want to return the item. We will send you an RMA# that you have to use while you ship your returning merchandise. Shipping, insurance and packing for return shipping is customer\’s responsibility. If the product box is damaged, but the product is intact, you will get 80% of the refund. If the product is damaged due to mishandling, the refund will be not be issued. You will get the refund back in 2 business days after we receive the item in undamaged condition and original box.
