One will have to open the Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, point to pop-up blocker and then click pop-up blocker setting, here you can turn on or turn off the pop-up blocker. More simple way is installing Google toolbar which has button named Pop-up blocker which needs to be turned-off to view the assignment page.
