What is the Punishment for Embezzlement?
Usually embezzlement charges will also include Grand Theft charges and the normal sentence is around three years with the majority of cases being knocked down to probation but this is always up to the judge and up to the severity of how much was embezzled. This crime can have a maximum punishment of up to thirty years for the most extreme cases but again in the end, the judge holds the final decision.
