The purpose of the ‘NO’ status option in the selection parameters is so that pre-allocated orders, that have no status, can be displayed. This would be used when pre-allocated was selected in the parameter window. Pre-allocated orders are those given out by Systems Administration in the event of an emergency, when the system is unavailable but an order has to be placed. Q: If line text is inserted and updated, can you amend to less lines by the action DD in the CMD field. A: The answer is yes – you can use DD for block deletion of line text – placing DD in the first and last lines of the block, D for single line deletion and Dn for a specific number of lines where n in the number of lines you wish to delete.
