What is the purpose of the Activity Analysis?
The purpose of the Activity Analysis is to gain a clearer understanding of the broad range of support service activities that staff are engaged in during a typical work day. Results will be used to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the university’s support service delivery and to help make decisions about the new operating model.
