What is the quickest, easiest and best way to GAIN weight?
Carbohydrates will put weight on, but be sure to eat more complex (whole grains, fiber containing vegetables, etc.) than simple (cakes, sweets, white breads, etc.). Carohydrates are low in fat but high in energy and the high-fiber ones help your digestive process. Just add a few portions of bread or beans or granola, things like that to your regular regimen. Be sure to stay active, so the extra calories don’t get stored as extra fat. That’s about all I can suggest. I am a carb-hog and they’ve probably been my greatest obstacle to losing weight, so I’d say they are pretty good at putting it on.
