What is the realistic earnings potential?
Two factors affect the earnings potential… (1) The size and type of area you choose. The greater the population, the bigger the earning possibilities (so don’t be afraid to expand your horizons). Clearly highly-populated urban areas will outperform sparsely populated rural areas. (2) Your willingness to build the business. A “typical” area of about 150,000 population should eventually earn the site owner in excess of $100,000. Does this happen immediately? – Certainly not. It takes time and dedication, but it’s a target to work towards – and then you can expand your area (as long as adjacent areas are not already taken).
