A. Please upgrade the graphic card’s driver. It may be that the graphic card’s driver does not support DirectDraw. Please upgrade to the latest version of the driver and if not resolved, reinstall DirectX 9.0c or above. Not Enable Direct Draw Ver. 5.1 Enable Direct Draw Ver. 5.
