What is the recommended back-up process?
All data files created by the CMA Application are located in following folder: C:\Documents and Settings\WindowsUserId \MarkIT\COMARA_CMA\Excel\Data (Windows XP) C:\Users\WindowsUserId \MarkIT\COMARA_CMA\Excel\Data (Windows Vista) where WindowsUserId is the Windows User Id of the installing user. It is critical for these files to be backed up regularly, as prevention against data loss. A regular backup process is beyond the scope of the COMARA™ Software; it is user responsibility to mitigate catastrophic data loss. A backup can be accomplished quickly and easily through Windows Explorer. It is highly recommended the entire folder (..MarkIT\COMARA_CMA\Excel\Data ) be copied to one of: a. CD/DVD b. USB Key c.
