Cialis tablets are available in doses of 10mg and 20mg. Usually a patient will be prescribed the lower of the two unless their condition is more serious by a physician. If the results experienced are found to be less than hoped for with no adverse effects, then the strength can be raised. Alternatively the dosage can also be dropped if the intended effects occurred but other adverse side-effects were experienced. which should be taken at least 30 minutes prior to sexual activity. A 20mg dose of tadalafil is comparable to a 100mg dose of sildenafil (Viagra).
