You can refresh a test database by using Data Monitor to run a backup of the production data, then using the test database Data Monitor to restore from this backup file. Alternatively you can use Oracle or MS SQL database management tools to export a copy of the production data to your test database. If you choose this method, make sure the table ownership does not change.
