What is the recommended time used for brushing?
We recommend that you brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes at night right before going to bed. It is extremely important to brush at night, because during the day, we swallow up to 20,000 times (As we drink and talk, we contribute to the quantity of saliva our mouths produce.) at night, however, we only swallow about 20 times, allowing plaque and bacteria to form, uninterrupted.
