What is the red arrow that sometimes appears in the “Priority” column of a mailbox?
You can assign a priority to incoming and outgoing messages. New messages are created with a Normal priority. To change the priority of the current message, use the Priority menu (the left-most box in a new message window) and select a priority for the message. A red double-arrow indicates Highest priority. To assign a priority to an incoming message, use the Filter feature.
