What is the repair process?
If you’re experiencing technical difficulties with your mobile, please call 3 Prepaid Care on 13 19 21. We’ll help you to determine the problem. If you contact us within 14 days of buying your new 3 Prepaid mobile and your handset is found to be faulty, it can be replaced at the store you purchased it from. After 14 days from purchase, your mobile can be sent for repair at an authorised repair centre.
