• Lower limb orthotic: six (6) months; • Upper limb orthotic: one (1) month; • Trunk orthotic: three (3) months; • Aid in walking or standing upright orthotic: twelve (12) months; • An orthotic provided to a person under the age of 19, however, is covered even if the length of time for which it should be worn is not specified.
