Generally, the on-call technician will dial into the switch and start working on the problem within 15 minutes to one hour after a call is received. If a technician needs to be dispatched to the site, the response objectives are: 4 hours for a Major Failure from time of dispatch. Next business day by 5:00 PM for a Minor Failure.
