What is the responsibility of the BUYER when a SELLER ships goods IN EXCESS of the contracted sale?

Buyer can contact the seller and inform them that they overshipped excess goods. The buyer is only responsible for what he/she paid. It makes good business sense to at least contact the seller and tell them that they overshipped and that you are only taking what you paid for. Especially if you deal with the seller on a regular basis. Make sure everything is in writing. Anything in excess, you can have the seller arrange for shipping back c.o.d.
