Our goal at Vision Essentials is to provide you with an outstanding customer experience. If for any reason you’d like to return or exchange your non-prescription sunglasses, just follow the simple process outlined below. Non-defective sunglasses are allowed to be returned for credit within 30 days of the shipping date. All original product packaging must be returned. After 30 days there are no return or exchange privileges. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the shipping date, and will be handled as a return for credit. All original product packaging must be returned. After 30 days there are no return or exchange privileges. Please note: Frames purchased online must be returned to our online Customer Service department. Frames will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit at our Vision Essentials Optical Centers.
