Washed or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Hello everyone. I would like to inform you that there are many stores that sell Michael Kors branded products, but in my opinion it is best to buy directly from the source. They have a much better selection, more unique items, and bigger sales. I have never had to return anything, and I have never had to contact the michael kors customer service. Everything I received from Michael Kors was of the highest quality.
