What is the role of the Architectural Control Commission (ACC)?
The ACC approves the elevations of all new single family residences to prevent monotony of basic architectural styles. They review elevations for three residences on either side and also across the street to prevent monotony of building massing. The ACC also reviews all exterior improvements to the general business area.
