The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) has been appointed by the China Internet Network Information Centre (CNNIC) as one of the two (2) dispute resolution providers. As such, the HKIAC administers the administrative proceedings brought under the CNNIC Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (CNDRP) in accordance with the Rules for the CNNIC Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and the HKIAC’s own Supplemental Rules.
