The Rossendale Accredited Landlord Scheme (RALS) is a voluntary scheme for private landlords and tenants, designed to recognise good quality , well managed private sector accommodation. It is expected that accredited status will give landlords a competitive edge over other providers in attracting new tenants, as well as enhancing the image and professional status of landlords. Accredited landlords can also take advantage of a range of discounts and incentives available locally and throughout East Lancashire. Further details can be obtained from your scheme operator.
