What is the RSI Preferred Server Program?
The Rockwell Software Preferred Server Program (or PSP) is a coalition of companies lead by RSI to bring to market as many data servers as are required to meet your data solution needs. This includes RSI providing the tools needed to build a good data server to companies that are familiar with different pieces of hardware. The primary focus of this effort is in the realm of industrial controls and interfacing them with Windows based applications, including MMI’s, data collection utilities, data analysis tools, and reporting mechanisms. By using a common basis for this implementation as provided by Rockwell, data server vendors can bring their product to market assured that it will work with all RSI products and regular Windows packages.
