What is the San Fernando Valley like to live in?
its truly the suburbs of LA, but its not all soccer moms and churches there are tons of areas in the valley, rich, poor, and in between, they all vary in price there are tons of places to eat, drink, and party, at the same time it is also a very family oriented place it is always 10 degrees cooler in the winter and hotter than the summer compared to the city’s temperature there are some gangs but there is way more danger in downtown LA the city is really 20-30 min away and traffic isnt always bad it depends what time it is i really like the valley because it is so convenient and is less cramped than the city
The valley is huge, so there are all kinds of neighborhoods, from not so great but relatively inexpensive for LA, to super nice and very expensive. It’s hot during the summer, all over the valley. The traffic tends to be slow on the freeways during rush hour.
