“CEO” software is used by VPUL, Athletics, other Penn units for event scheduling and room reservation. If you schedule events in rooms managed by one of these departments, then your events are already part of this system, and are posted to the Penn Calendar via bulk loading. If you manage your own rooms and you are interested in using this software, you are advised to contact VPUL.
