What is the serial number of windows xp home edition?

Windows XP Home (and all other versions of Windows for that matter) has a unique COA number for each computer it is installed on. The COA (Certificate of Authority) number is generally located on a small 1″ x 3″ sticker on the computer. It has 5 sets of 5 digits each, alphanumeric. If you do not have this number, you can’t register Windows XP or Vista. If you use a number off of another computer, you run the risk of having one or both of the copies of Windows deactivated, not to mention having Microsoft knocking on your door so to speak. Hope this helps. Jason http://www.onestoptechnologyshop.
