Two years if not opened. DO NOT REFRIGERATE but store in a cool dry place. Close the lid tightly each time as Cardio Breakthrough absorbs moisture out of the air very quickly. If this happens and it starts to cake up, simply break it back up and use it with full confidence that it will be just as effective and is not ruined in any way.
