Most of our foods have a shelf life of up to 30 years, with the exception of our dairy products. Dairy products have a shelf life of 5-7 years. Yeast has a shelf life of 12-18 months based on how cold you can keep it. Although flour has a shelf life longer than three years, flour loses its’ rising properties after about 3 years. You can still use you flour as a coating or thickener. If you have questions, please give us a call.
