The best shelf life of an unopened bottle of HAWAIIAN HERBAL BLESSINGS Noni Juice is 2 years from the manufacturing date. The “Best Before” date is printed on the white sticker, in the bottom area of the bottle itself. It is printed in this format: MM/YY. After the bottle is opened, the bottle should be refrigerated and will remain good for up to 12 months. Noni juice will not be harmful for human health even it kept out of refrigerator for long period of time. Our long fermentation process is similar to making a vinegar soy sauce or wine.
