Because Panko breadcrumbs are packaged with a fresh lock seal, expiration is determined by the date the seal is broken. Once the seal is opened, Panko Breadcrumbs have a one-year shelf life, or two-year shelf life if stored in the freezer. Unlike other breadcrumbs, Ian’s Panko Breadcrumbs have no hydrogenated oils, thus protecting it from souring.
