What is the shelf life of ice cream and yogourt?
A. In general, the shelf life of packaged ice creams and novelties, as well as yogourt, is one year. Cone products such as DRUMSTICK have a shelf life of 9 months after which the cone tends to go soggy. This applies to products that are stored below -26ยบ C – in other words, in a retailer’s freezer. We would not recommend that products be stored in your home for more than one month. After this time, the products may be safe to eat but the ice cream texture will be icy and the cones or wafers will be soggy.
