San-J Tamari/Shoyu products (5 oz., 10 oz., 20 oz.) are good for two years unopened. Refrigerate after opening for best quality. San-J Cooking Sauces (10 oz.) are good for 1 year unopened. Refrigerate after opening for best quality. San-J Salad Dressings (8 oz.) are good for 1 year unopened. Refrigerate after opening for best quality. Once opened, it is best to use within 1 month for table use and within 3 months for cooking use.
